The Matt lomeo Duo

"Still not out of his 20s, Matt Lomeo is a veteran of the live music scene who has been performing regularly from the age of nine years old. The youngest artist to ever perform at a Woodstock Festival ('99 at the age of ten), Matt continues to develop as a singer and harmonica player. First and foremost a dynamic, soulful vocalist who can bring any house down, Lomeo's harmonica work takes the lead from players like Junior Wells, Paul Butterfield, Norton Buffalo, and Sugar Blue, but with the sensibilities of a young man whose ears are open to the best of all genres.

Matt contributes three lead vocals to NYC-based The Summarily Dismissed's debut LP, To Each (2011). In 2012, he was hand-picked by longtime Sunday Night Blues host Tom Townsley as successor to the decades-long broadcast on Syracuse University's WAER 88.3 FM.

In 2015, Matt left the snowy environs of Central New York for the sunnier climes of Memphis, Tennessee, maintaining a five nights-weekly residency at Beale St.'s historic Club Handy for a period of two years and releasing his self-titled debut."
