Covid Protocol 

On Friday, January 29th we will reopen for indoor dining at 50% capacity per Madison County guidelines/regulations. 

HOURS:

We will be open from 4-9 pm Friday and Saturday, 2-6 pm on Sunday and 4-8 pm Monday. We will be answering the phones for takeout orders during those hours as well. Expect long wait times to be seated! We do not take reservations.

YOUR VISIT:

When you enter the building the hostess will direct you to pick up or place your takeout order, seat you at your table, or take down your name and phone number if seating is not available yet. Your party will need to wait in your vehicle and we will give you a call when your table is ready.

There will be no walk-up bar service at this time. All drinks must be ordered from your table unless you are seated at the two stations at the bar. We are limited to two parties at our bar. We have a space for a group of four and a space for a group of two.

A restaurant business's profitability is predicated on turning over tables. While we are at 50% occupancy, we kindly ask that as soon as your meal is finished, you pay your bill and you make room for the next party waiting in line. Please don't stay and mingle at this time. We know the wait times can be stressful, so let's all work together to make it easier for the next person in line!

YOUR SAFETY:

We are taking extra precautions to make sure that everything a guest could have touched will be sanitized before you are seated at your table. We will have hand sanitizer for your use at each table courtesy of @stowecider in Vermont. Staff members will always have their masks on.

Masks are required any time you are not seated at your table. Tables are spaced by CDC rules/Madison County Health Department's rules. We are limited to 14 tables within our restaurant, spaced between the new bar room and the dining room.

TAKEOUT:

We are excited to announce that we will soon be offering ONLINE ORDERING! Stay tuned for details.

Takeout orders may be placed by phone or in the restaurant. We do not take orders over Facebook or through Instagram. While we do take walk-in orders, we HIGHLY recommend trying to call in your food order before you come, as we do sell out of items. Call 315-893-7200 to place your order. Please note that we are not taking reserve orders for specific times, so give us a call about 30 minutes before you would like to pick up your order. If you reach the voicemail or get a busy signal during our open hours, it may be because we are taking someone else's order. Please call back!

You can add a gift card in any denomination to your order and it will be ready when you pick up your food. 

LARGE ORDERS:

For any orders for ten or more people, please give 24 hours notice. Email us at catering@raybrothersbbq.com if you have any questions about this or need an exception - we may be able to make it happen.

PICKUP PROTOCOL:

We will take your phone number and name when you order. There is no need to check in inside when you arrive - we will call you when your order is ready! If you are able to pay with cash, please do as this will save everyone in our industry the high credit card processing fees. Any tips for service are much appreciated and will be dispersed equally among the entire staff that put your order together.

These are trying times for everyone, and as much as we wish we could flip the switch and welcome you into our new space and dining room like old times, that is not yet the case. Please be kind to and patient with our staff and other patrons while you are dining here in the restaurant. We appreciate your support. Thank you for sticking by us.
